The role
Working in our family law team of solicitors and experienced secretarial and paralegal support staff.
It is essential for the role that you have the following skills at a high level:
- Advanced knowledge of corporate and trust financial statements and structures
- Advanced knowledge of relevant legislation, the rules of Court, and practice and procedure in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court
- Negotiation
- Client management
- Effective and clear communication
- Drafting of Court documents, settlement documentation and correspondence
- Management of files, timetables, and deadlines
It is desirable for the role that you have the following:
- 5 yearsPAE in Family Law
- Experience with LEAP and cloud
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
