About

Bailey has been with Uther Webster & Evans since 2020 as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal and has recently graduated with a Diploma of Law from the Legal Profession Admission Board and will be admitted to practice in early 2024.

During her time at Uther Webster & Evans, Bailey has assisted primarily in estate planning, applications for Probate and Letters of Administration at the Supreme Court of NSW and estate litigation matters including family provision claims and contested probate proceedings.
