Danielle is an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates Law.

Danielle joined Uther Webster & Evans in 2025 as Special Counsel.

Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts (USYD), a Bachelor of Laws (Macquarie) with Honours. She also holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Wills and Estates and for which she received the de Groots Best Graduating Masters Prize.

Danielle has been recognised as a Rising Star in the area of wills and estates law in the 2022, 2023 and 2024 editions of the Doyles Guide.

Areas of Practice

Estate Planning: Advising clients on how to achieve their desired testamentary intentions, including drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships as well as applications for probate and letters of administration.

Litigation: Acting for clients in a variety of contested litigation matters including probate disputes and family provision claims.
