Hellen Dimas is a Senior Licensed Conveyancer helping individuals and companies with the purchase, sale, or lease of residential and commercial properties. With over 26 years of legal experience, excellent communication skills, and a prompt and courteous approach, Hellen helps to promote and protect her client’s interests.

In addition, Hellen has experience with Transfers, Refinancing, Option Agreements, Company Title transactions, Power of Attorney, Deeds of Partition and acting for property developers for residential and commercial projects.

Hellen completed her studies in 2011 at Macquarie University in Conveyancing Law and Practice and received 2 Director’s awards in Revenue Law and Vendor & Purchaser, for ranking 1st in her class.

Hellen is a Committee Member of the Hellenic Lyceum of Sydney and speaks both Greek and English fluently.
